I can not fault Mr Tsang or the other staff at the Fitzwilliam, I felt at ease throughout my whole experience. Mr Tsang listened and was able to answer and reassure me when I had questions to ask and he explained my procedure in detail as to what was going to happen. All the staff we’re lovely and always made sure I was comfortable after my treatment. I would definitely recommend.

This was the third operation to repair my hernia over a period of some 30 years. On this occasion I expected a repeat of previous experience, namely a lot of pain and discomfort. However I have been startled at the lack of pain and discomfort and there has been very little in the way of bruising. The operation site is a little tender and I need to move carefully, but generally I feel quite well. Dr Tsang and his team gave me excellent treatment thoughout the entire process and I am most grateful.
